My wife and I got married here… and we know its the best venue in San Diego! Tom is incredibly helpful and perfect for a DIY wedding (that’s exactly what we wanted as a couple). Also… insanely gorgeous with enough space for the lawn games, children playing capture the flag, and sunset photos.

My husband and I got married here in December 2016. We were able to book the venue 6 weeks before our wedding date, and everything went very smoothly. We went in to scope out the venue and met Tom Sauer (the manager/organizer of the bridge club). He told us everything we needed to do in order to secure our date. He made everything as stress free as possible.
The location was absolutely beautiful and made for amazing photographs…Highly recommend!!

Seriously, I do not know why more people do not book this location! It is amazing! It is in one of the most beautiful parts of San Diego, and you can use whatever vendors you would like. If you are a bride on a budget, this is the venue for you! You can bring your own alcohol and whatever catering company you would like…Our photos were drop dead gorgeous! So many beautiful places to take photos at this venue…
Tom was easy to work with and was more than responsive to emails…I loved having my wedding here, and highly recommend it to anyone else!

A gorgeous place for a wedding! It is also a very peaceful spot for a Sunday morning yoga class.
We recently attended a wedding here and the ceremony was held on the North Lawn, offering all the guests a picture perfect view of the North County coastline (too bad for the groom that the setting sun was in his eyes the whole time).
The reception and dinner were held on the outdoor patio with white lights strung overhead. It was a perfect La Jolla evening.

We booked this venue for our wedding and it was amazing. We got married in may and the weather was perfect. There’s plenty of lawn space for reception tables and the ceremony.
We had about 115 people. The inside has a perfect room for dancing and another for serving food. You also get the venue for the entire day and can decorate it as you please and hire your own caterer. A rehearsal/walk through can easily be done basically any day before the wedding because the lawn is essentially like a public park.
It’s right along the cove so the backdrop for photos is pretty phenomenal. Sunset is amazing!!!!!

I just got married at the Bridge Club in May and could not have pictured a more perfect place! Tom who runs the club is very attentive and professional. He definitely made this a great experience. The price for renting the venue is unbeatable for what you get — an ocean front view with a large dance area and enough space for a ceremony and reception… All in all, this is an AMAZING venue with spectacular views and really romantic but casual vibe. You can really tailor this venue to be what you want with a little extra work.
